How To Request Deletion
Open a prefilled deletion email, send it from the email used for your account, and support will confirm receipt and timeline.

What Will Be Deleted
Account deletion includes your app account and associated app data, such as profile information, workout scores, class activity, and community content tied to your account. Published class programming, gym announcements, and security or audit records that are not tied only to your account may remain.
Data We May Retain
Some records may be retained when needed for security, abuse prevention, operational integrity, or legal requirements. If any data must be retained, we will explain that in response to your request.
